“Treating disease is really important, but it requires focusing on the person first.” ~Dr. Schuster
The paradigm of osteopathic medicine is not about disease management. It is about how all of the systems of the body interact together as a whole and how that approach helps patients grow and improve. Dr. Schuster chose osteopathic medicine because it treats patients holistically. The Direct Primary Care model allows Dr. Schuster to really know his patients. Unlike traditional medical practices, patients at Schuster Family Medicine won’t wait months for appointments. Patients can count on access to same-day and next-day appointments and in-office, phone, and tele-health visits when needed.
With over twenty years practicing as a Doctor of Osteopathy, Dr. Schuster has worked in private practice, in academics teaching future doctors, and as a team doctor at the university level. Trained in family practice with further specialties in sports medicine, musculoskeletal, and neuromusculoskeletal medicine, Dr. Schuster has a comprehensive career driven by his commitment to caring for his patients with integrity and honesty.
